Shipping is via the best method available.  We use UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. We ship out within 24 hours generally. 
Keep in mind that during holidays, weather emergencies and busy seasons, packages may take a little longer to arrive.

We do not accept returns unless there has been a mistake on our part or your item is damaged.  We offer an exchange in this case.  IF we are out of stock then we refund fully including shipping charges both ways.
